 About the Presenter Lynn Gaertner-Johnston has been helping managers and employees write better for more than 20 years. Through her business, Syntax Training, she has led writing seminars for over 100 companies and organizations, and she has presented at ALA annual, regional, and chapter programs. She is the author of the award-winning book Business Writing With Heart: How to Build Great Work Relationships One Message at a Time. Lynn’s focus is on practical tools, tips, and strategies for writing, and she looks forward to sharing them with us.

This session counts as 1 hour toward CLM Prep for Writing Skills.

During this season of Thanksgiving, please remember the many needs in our community and help us improve the lives of the women and children at the Lotus House who need shelter from domestic abuse.
