The session will focus on office drama from an organizational perspective and will cover the following three topics:

-The relationship between "micro" office drama (i.e. drama between a small number of people) and the "macro" firm culture;

-The common leadership responses to office drama which, in fact, only serve to allow the problem to persist; and

-Steps firm leaders can take to minimize the negative impact of office drama and create a culture where productive conflict can be harnessed for a positive impact on the team, the firm and, ultimately, the client.
