2025 Employee Wellbeing Trends

Presentation Description: This presentation will walk you through best practices for building a sustainable wellbeing strategy, the top 5 most valuable wellbeing trends for the 2025 year, and what fringe benefits are coming on the horizon that employers and employees alike are eager to gain access to for total worker wellbeing support.

1. Understanding the wellbeing trends of 2025 that employees and employers are looking for to support productivity and find work life harmony and balance.

2. Building a wellbeing strategy using the best practices around design for the best employee engagements.

3. What benefits are on the trend horizon for 2025 and beyond, and their impact on the benefits and wellbeing world.


Leslie Sheffield is a wellbeing champion with a focus on health equity and holistic wellbeing for all. In her current role at HUB International she serves as the Health and Performance consultant for the Gulf South Region. She assists clients in aligning business goals with the increase of worker health and engagement.

In her free time Leslie works with local communities to enrich members with resources to help address health concerns from mental health related issues to maternity care for the underserved by hosting events to advocate for more affordable and attainable healthcare services. This work is a passion of Leslie’s and she is constantly making connections with local businesses, community members, and leaders to help ensure everyone has access to holistic affordable health and wellness care.

She has certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist, an American College of Exercise Health Coach (ACE CHC) and American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP).
