This presentation is designed as a learning opportunity utilizing a workshop format.  Each participant will be given a worksheet to complete throughout the session.  Participants will be asked to take notes and assess their current employee engagement strategies.  By the end of the presentation, participants will have created an outline of next steps he or she can follow in order to create an engagement strategy or enhance the current strategy being used in their organization.
