In today’s world, where the lines between home and work are blurred, it’s easy to get overwhelmed, stressed, and burned out. For Legal Administrators in particular, who serve as the bridge between partners and the associates and staff, the overwhelm is magnified. Now, more than ever, the usual anxiety and stress surrounding the management of a law practice are heightened by uncertainty. Stress and overwhelm can easily creep up without us realizing it. And, we keep ignoring them while we take care of everyone at home and at work until we are burned out.

The attendees will learn

·         the early signs of burnout

·         the causes of burnout

·         how to use stress management as a preventive measure

·         when you can use self-help strategies and when you need to find professional help; and

·         where you can find treatment and the way forward.
