How to Unlock your Firm’s TRUE Diversity Potential by using top resources that are readily available to you from ALA!

An overwhelming number of studies continue to show that Law Firms with successful diversity strategies are more successful than their counterparts in terms of revenue, employee satisfaction, retention, and hiring.As a legal administrator, you can build a solid case for diversity that will help your firm move forward! In this session, we will examine the importance of Diversity goals and strategies within Law Firms and identity and review key resources that are readily available to you from the Association of Legal Administrators and the DEIA Committee.

Learning objectives:

  • Attendees will examine the benefits and advantages of building a case for greater diversity within their law firms and develop a broader understanding of DE&I.
  •  Attendees will understand the internal and external implications of setting purposeful and strategic goals of diversity within their Firms.
  •  Attendees will be introduced to Key Resources available from the Association of Legal Administrators Diversity Equity Inclusion and Accessibility Committee. This includes but is not limited to the following:
