Relationships are at the core of leadership. To effectively influence and lead your team you must first develop a strong relationship. 

Relationship-Centered Leadership is building meaningful and productive relationships to raise performance and develop your team members. The seven strategies that are covered provide a foundation for your leadership. Implementing these will improve performance, engagement, morale, and retention.

This interactive presentation is designed to help you reflect on how you currently manage relationships and discover new techniques to enhance your leadership.

Objectives:

  • Increase understanding of the elements required to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
  • Develop leadership skills in key areas such as appreciation, accountability, and empowerment.
  • Have leaders develop an action plan to enhance their leadership.

Bio:

Matt is a Leadership Coach and the Founder of Culture Through Leadership. He started his career as a Physical Education teacher in Arlington, VA. He then taught overseas for four years in Paraguay and China. Upon returning to the U.S., he coached college basketball at Bard College for five years. 

Matt started his coaching business as a Mindfulness Coach and then transitioned into Leadership Coaching. He combines lessons from coaching elite athletes and training top business leaders to provide an impactful experience for the audience.
